Today’s recipe is a delicious smoothie. It’s one of my favorite since it combines chocolate and peanut butter, a heavenly combination! It reminds me of Snickers but this is far yummier and healthier! You should try it, my friends!
Ingredients (serves 1):
200 ml chocolate soy milk
3 tsp homemade peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 tsp coconut oil + 2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
peanuts for topping
1. In a blender pour milk, add banana, dates, peanut butter and pulse until smooth.
2. Transfer in a glass.
3. In a small bowl, combine coconut oil with cocoa powder and top your smoothie.
4. Garnish with peanuts!
